An Afternoon in the gardens at Dyneley Hall

.........another  “we could hardly believe it”  event with a sunny afternoon at Dyneley (the weather forecast had not been good!)

Thanks must go to  Peregrine Towneley, Honorary Life Member Cosima Towneley, to Phil Dewhurst for his superb garden tours and to all society members who contributed in organising the event - and to all members and friends who came and supported this wonderful event.  

Members and friends enjoyed a welcome drink and then cream scones before heading off on Phil’s guided tours of the garden.  Pre-loved books and jigsaws were on sale plus raffle tickets.  

Several different tours were on offer - the Long Lawn Tour, the Woodland Tour and the Secret Garden Tour.
